Matt West S4 Testimonial

Matt West

Hey Mike,

I know that I have gushed about my Carparelli S4 on Facebook and MySpace, but I haven't taken the time to write to you and thank you for this great guitar.

I'm a middle-aged family man who has come to the guitar late in life. A year and a half ago, my (then) six year old daughter asked to take guitar lessons. I decided to take this request as an opportunity to share something with my daughter and, at the same time, finally do something that I have regretted not doing all my life--learn to play the guitar.

After a year of playing on inexpensive guitars with good, but not great sound, I felt that it was time to move up to something special. I shopped around and quickly became discouraged by the price that I had to pay to get a top quality professional instrument. I knew the sound and feel that I was looking for, but I could not find it at a price that I could afford. I put off my purchase because I was not willing to compromise on quality.

That was when two separate friends, both professional musicians, suggested that I check out Carparelli. I was blown away by how quickly I was welcomed into the Carparelli family. I was blown away that you took so much of your personal time to help me get the exact guitar that I wanted at a price that would not cause my family to go hungry.

Since getting my S4, everything about my guitar playing has improved. The S4 has incredible power and the kind of tone that would cost three or four times as much from other guitar makers. Not only is the S4 a tone monster, it is also stunningly beautiful. The binding and trim are gorgeous. The quality of the top is outstanding. The hardware is first rate. It is as much a work of art as it is a tool to create art.

With gratitude,

Matt West

Pontus J Back

Pontus J Back When I first took down the guitar from the wall I felt the Les Paul anointing! When I plugged it in a liked it a lot but when I started to play it I could not stop! So much quality and so much guitar! Why pay too much just for a brand when you can get a Carparelli! Looking forward to distribute these guitars in Scandinavia as I want to like what I sell! Basically, yes I got a new job today! God is good, all the time! BAM!

Oh yeah! I am not trying to put the original Les Pauls down but I have been a Les Paul friend for many years and the best Les Pauls I have had were from 1987 or 1988. Those years were very good. About a month ago I got to check out some Les Pauls while I was preaching over in Texas and I tried several of the Les Pauls but the were not the same as the ones I used to love, I donno why! First I thought that Carparelli is just another brand trying to come up on the market but when I saw the finish and the work on these guitars I could tell that they are good guitars. When I tried three different Carparellis last night I could feel that the quality is stable and they were all great guitars and I cant say that a Gibson would be better at all. The guitar I have right now I will try out and the more I play it the more I LOVE IT! Basically it is a Les Paul style guitar but it is more than just a Les Paul. It is a Carparelli. I believe that in 10 years Carparelli guitars could be like Paul Reed Smith or any other professional guitars. It is just a question of reaching the musicians and get them to try one. I know that they will get one when they try one and I am serious folks, very serious!

Pontus J Back is back home from another apointment establishing new relationships for the future and all this is going to turn upside down on the rock and roll world as you have to get prepared the Carparelli guitars are here. I allways liked Gibsons but after trying out the Carparelli S2 I am sold! It is an honor to start working together with Amplisonic! SHAKA! Pontus has been touring with artists such as Micky Moody (Whitesnake), Mike Estes (Lynyrd Skynyrd), Dave Hlubek (Molly Hatchet), John Coghlan (Status Quo) and Garry Nutt (Cinderella, Tangier). Today he is rockin' for Jesus all over the world and playing Carparelli guitars.

Hello Mike
I had to drop you a quick note to let you know what a happy, happy guy you made me today. The S3 arrived safe and sound. This is my 3rd guitar from you (who's counting right!) and this one really knocked my socks off. First off the quality and finish are next to none, 2 of the first 3 people that have seen it said it is the most beautiful guitar they have ever seen. It feels real solid in your hands and even played acousticly has a very nice lively ring.
I'd forgotten about the locking tuners and it's great that they come stock like that. Speaking of which, I don't know why more guitars don't come with strap locks. I've never seen ones quite like these, very cool. What really got the juices flowing was plugging her in, those XT pickups you put in are dynamite. For dirt, this is definately the beast in my little collection. It cleans up nicely when you back off the volumes and the tone pots have a great range. I'm usually a bridge pickup guy but I love the tone out of the neck pup.

All in all Mike, you guys hit this one outa the park. Keep posting those pictures and I'll have a #4 soon I'm sure. Thank you my friend, once againg, for a great guitar and a great experience. Oh and I'll be hitting you up for some more of those DosWyre strings in a bit. I'm liking those alot also.

Cheers Mike

Kelly

Don Waller

Mike,

The Dot On Shaft Spalted Maple has become my #1 guitar, and I'm loving playing it! It is a show-stopper for sure - at every show I play, it never fails that someone will come up and ask me what that cool guitar is! And of course, I send them straight to your web site...

There have only been a precious few guitars that I've ever owned that I could say fit me like a glove, and this guitar is one of them. Thanks so much!

I am really pleased with the exceptional service that I received from Dot On Shaft Guitars. Excellent communication, very friendly and helpful.  The guitar was packaged well and arrived safely and quickly.

The double neck twin cherry tiger that I bought is amazing.  It is comfortable to hold and lovely to play.  I was expecting the guitar to be heavy but was surprised to find how lightweight it is for a double neck.  The tone of the guitar is superb and suits many styles of music.

I would strongly recommend this guitar to others and I will definitely be buying from Dot On Shaft Guitars again.
Thanks.

Maple...yeah that's right...the name of my bass.

Maple is the greatest bass i have ever come into contact with.  So wickedly slick and smooth, not only is she a beauty to look at, but she sounds awesome aswell.  Made of maple, it has that natural look, that beats all th same old black and white styles I have seen with basses.  It was the first bass my cousin Mikey Mike showed me, and I knew it was for me.

I could hear it calling to me, and as soon as I held that bass, I knew this was what I had been waiting for.  After three long long months of waiting, I couldn't have asked for anything better.  The sound of her is so deep and mysterious, I am always writing new riffs; never want to put her away!

THANK YOU MIKEY MIKE!

Hi Mike,

Just got back from the studio and your guitar was the talk of the evening.
Everyone was blown away with how good it looked and the quality of the
workmanship.  The most important thing of all was it sounded pretty awesome.
I just grooved around a bit and hooked it up to a late 70's 100 watt Marshall
head and it sounded pretty awesome, then I hooked it up to an Eddie Van-Halen
5150 amp, and OI-VEY what a sound, I (WE) were all impressed with how good
it sounded.  The pickups are pretty darn good..,,,,Here are some photos I took
just before I called you today.

Thanks again for everything and enjoy your weekend.
Herbie

note to readers: Check out Herbie's Signature I found at the end of his email:

"Make a beautiful noise onto the Lord", but do it with a Carparelli  guitar and a Marshall amplifier."

Hi Mike,

Here's my testimonial.

I've been playing guitar for over 33 years and  simply put, I'm blown away with my new Carparelli Signature Series Guitar.
Whether I'm playing jazz, rock, blues or country music,  my new axe was more than up for the challenge.
I own or have owned most of the big name guitars...Les Paul,
Strats,Teles etc... BUT my new Tiger Eye Brown Carparelli guitar straight out of the case...
Looks Great, Feels Great and Plays Like Butter, at a fraction of the cost of the big name manufactures.
Don't miss out people. Do what I did... Make the shift to Carparelli Guitars.A nd by the way...Mike is one of the nicest guys to deal with.
