At Carparelli Guitars, we take great pride in the quality of our instruments and gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • In the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

• Custom-built guitars, modified instruments, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Returns must be authorized. Please contact us at 416-558-2342 or info@carparelliguitars.com before sending your item back.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us at info@carparelliguitars.com

Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is defective:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
2. Provide photos of the damage/defect and the packaging
3. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly—through a replacement, repair, or refund
